At Yancy Harmony Spa, we are committed to providing you with the best service and personalized care. To ensure an optimal experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you take note of our cancellation policy:

Appointment Changes or Cancellations:

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 
48 hours in advance.

Deposits and Late Cancellations:

All appointments require a deposit to be confirmed. If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment within the required timeframe (at least 48 hours in advance), unfortunately, the deposit will be 
non-refundable.
